Preparing Leaders to Serve Across Nepal
In partnership with the Nepal Section and Adventist World Radio, Reach Nepal helped prepare leaders for a broader evangelism and discipleship initiative. Nearly 80 pastors, gospel workers, church administrators, and missionaries gathered for the leadership conference in June.
Training focused on spiritual preparation, the model of the early church in the Book of Acts, congregational disciple-making, and a practical roadmap for the outreach programs being developed for churches throughout Nepal.
From Leadership Gathering to Local Impact
The conference served as a foundational step toward an intensive training program and the establishment of regional teams. These teams will support local revival meetings, practical instruction, and ongoing community outreach.
By focusing on local leaders who understand the language, culture, and long-term needs of their communities, this model builds sustainable impact across the region.
